You will receive a notification once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

3. International Shipping

 


Lorinco does not ship outside the USA. All orders must be shipped to a valid address within the United States.

 

 


 

 

4. Order Tracking

 


Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

 


 

 

5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

 


It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.


If an incorrect address is provided:

 

  • Lorinco is not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address.

Lorinco is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.


If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
